We are also equipped with state of the art equipments from ARL(Switzerland), NITON (USA), Oxford Instruments etc. to back our Quality Program.

» Mechanical Testing :
      — Tensile, Bend - Flattening - Flaring - Compression - Hardness -                 Cupping - In-situ hardness and Impact (up to - 60 Centigrade)
» Mechanical Testing :
      — Macro Test, Micro-Examination ( with or without photograph ) and           In-site Metallography

Intergranular Corrosion Testing :
      — Corrosion Testing as per ASTM standard practices - A, B, C, D, E.
» Coating Tests :
      — Coating tests on Ferrous and Non-Ferrous metals, Galvanizing,                 Anodizing, Chrome Plating, Nickel Plating, Paint Coating etc.
» Chemical Analysis :
      — Ferrous, Non-Ferrous metal, Ferro alloys, Coal , Coke and Refractory
» Failure Analysis :
      — Our Laboratory is accredited by NABL as per ISO / IEC 17025 in the           field of Mechanical and Chemical Testing including PMI (Positive                 Material Identification)
